Full Council Meetings
All parish councils must hold meetings open to the public. As an absolute minimum, they must meet at least once each year. In practice, most meet regularly, usually each month.
Tregony with Cuby met for the first time on Tuesday 18 May, and again on Monday 14 June. At that meeting, the council set its meeting dates for the rest of the 2021/22 year. They will be held on the second Monday of each month in Tregony Village Hall committee room starting at 7 p.m.
At the start of each parish council meeting, there is an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions of the parish council or to make a statement about a particular issue.
For details of the format of parish council meetings, see Council standing orders
Agendas and papers related to each meeting are published on this website. Follow the link to a particular meeting and see the links to agenda and minutes (the latter being published on this website approximately a week after the meeting).
