RCHT looking to recruit volunteer patient leaders

January 18th 2023

Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust has launched a Patient Leader Programme.  They are aiming to put the voice of patients, carers and families at the heart of everything that they do and to work in partnership with people and communities.  Volunteer Patient Leaders will be recruited to work alongside staff, as equal members of the team, influencing and shaping our services to meet the needs of our community.  Patient Leaders will join meetings, committees, focus groups and ad hoc events to contribute their lived experiences, wisdom and expertise, working together with us to engender meaningful change and improvements.

For anyone who is interested in applying for the role, see RCHT patient leader poster
