Proposed crossing point on Fore Street, Tregony, Cornwall Council consultation on the plans

January 31st 2024

Tregony with Cuby Parish Council has been discussing with Cornwall Council Highways through Cormac a proposed crossing point to be implemented on Fore Street, Tregony. The crossing would comprise build outs on both sides of the road just to the west of the Kings Arms where the steps come down across the pavement outside no. 57.

It would not be a zebra crossing but the build outs would provide visibility for pedestrians to cross and the road narrowing at this point would encourage motorists to slow.

For details of the scheme and how to comment on it, see Fore Street Tregony proposed crossing point papers
